Rochelle has been in the skin and beauty industry for over 14 years and has developed her skills by working in Top Skin Clinics as well as Education roles coaching, developing and educating other like minded therapists in all things skin and beauty.
Rochelle is now sharing her passion with you to provide a skin journey and complete beauty experience using advanced cosmeceutical skincare and technology.
Rochelle believes "we all need to look after ourselves and take time out. This could be anything from a quick nail paint, spray tan or facial. If you feel beautiful you will radiate beauty from within."

What You Need to Know when Booking
At theBEAUTYco we want to ensure the best possible treatment for you to do this we do require a consultation form to be completed. This is to make sure that there is no allergies, medication, health risks that maybe involved during your treatments.
We will send this out via an email confirmation prior to your appointment. If you can please complete this prior to arrival at your treatment.
Rescheduling, Cancelling and No-Shows:
We have a 24hour cancellation policy in place. When you make a booking with us, we commit the time and skills to take care of your skin. This means that if you cannot make your appointment, you need to let us know at least 24hours before hand that you’re not able to come in, we can then move your appointment to a more suitable time.
This also gives us reasonable time to fill the vacant spot.
We send an automatic text reminder, so if for any reason you need to change your appointment please do so prior to receiving this. We list our contact number for you to contact us directly - Please note that if you reply to this text message we will not receive your cancellation and your appointment will incur any cancellation fees.

In the case of being given insufficient notice or failure to turn up for a scheduled appointment, this will result in a 50% charge of the booked treatment cost or void your gift voucher. Any future appointments after a cancel/noshow appointment within 24hours will also require a $50 deposit to be paid before we can confirm your appointment.
We ask that you arrive at the clinic with atleast 5 minutes to relax and unwind prior to your appointment. This will also allow time should you be required to complete a consultation or consent form without cutting into your treatment time.
Wherever possible, appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. Unfortunately, arriving late will constitute a reduced treatment time and will result in customizing your treatment to fit the remaining time available. In most cases the full price will still be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you without inconveniencing another client, we may need to rebook your appointment, which may attract a fee.
